1. Your agreement with ASIDU

當你購買、提交資料或使用留學勝算服務，即表示你要求 ASIDU 按本條款提供所選方案。Stripe 收據所示方案、金額及付款人資料構成訂單記錄；本網站的方案頁、本條款及私隱政策共同適用。如你不同意，請勿付款或提交資料。

By purchasing, submitting an intake or using ASIDU Blueprint, you ask ASIDU to provide the selected plan under these Terms. The plan, amount and payer details on the Stripe receipt form the order record; the plan page, these Terms and the Privacy Policy apply together. Do not pay or submit if you disagree.

你必須達到所在地訂立合約的法定年齡。未滿 18 歲或未達當地成年年齡者，應由家長／法定監護人審閱並同意條款、協助或代表購買及提交。

You must have legal capacity to contract where you live. If under 18 or below your local age of majority, a parent/legal guardian should review and accept these Terms and assist with or make the purchase and submission.

2. 服務性質及地區範圍

Blueprint 是基於你提供資料、ASIDU 的方法、可得課程資料及人工覆核所形成的個人化升學規劃意見。內容可包括背景優勢、選校方向、Reach／Target／Safety 分層、指示性機會區間、差距與改善行動、時間線、費用及獎學金提示。它不是代你申請、法律／移民／財務建議、官方資格審核或大學決定。

The Blueprint is personalised planning guidance based on your information, ASIDU’s method, available program data and human review. It may cover strengths, program direction, Reach/Target/Safety tiers, indicative chance bands, gaps and actions, timeline, cost and scholarship notes. It is not application submission on your behalf, legal/immigration/financial advice, an official eligibility review or a university decision.

3. 一次付款方案及價格

3. One-time plans and prices

所有價格為歐元、一次付款，沒有月費、自動續費或隱藏訂閱。Stripe 結帳頁會在付款前顯示最終收取金額及任何適用稅項。

All prices are in euros and charged once, with no monthly fee, automatic renewal or hidden subscription. Stripe shows the final amount and any applicable taxes before payment.

• A · €59 — 靜態 Blueprint：Static Blueprint: 一份人工覆核初版 PDF；不包括重跑、Living 勝算更新、第二意見、每週提醒或 1 對 1。one human-reviewed initial PDF; no rerun, living-score update, second opinion, weekly nudge or 1:1.
• B · €89 — Living Blueprint： 包括靜態 Blueprint 初版及有效至 2027 年 8 月 31 日的季票權益；整季合計最多 3 次重跑，以及第 5、6 節所述持續支援。includes the Static Blueprint initial report plus season access through 31 August 2027, up to 3 reruns total and the ongoing support described in sections 5–6.
• C · €199 — Blueprint + Anthony： 包括 Living Blueprint 的相同季票及最多 3 次重跑（不是額外 3 次），另加 Anthony 親自進行一次 30 分鐘 1 對 1。includes the same Living Blueprint season access and up to 3 reruns total (not 3 additional reruns), plus one 30-minute 1:1 with Anthony.

4. 購買、資料完整及 3 個工作天交付

4. Purchase, complete intake and 3-business-day delivery

1. 你透過 Stripe 完成付款；只有 Stripe 收據／成功通知可確認付款，單純到達付款後頁面不代表付款已核實。You pay through Stripe; only Stripe’s receipt/success notice confirms payment. Reaching the post-payment page alone does not verify payment.
2. 你使用 Tally 完整提交所需資料及可讀文件，並使用與付款相同的電郵。You submit a complete Tally intake and readable required files using the same email as checkout.
3. 在付款確認及完整資料兩者均收到後，ASIDU 會於 3 個工作天內把人工覆核初版 Blueprint 寄到資料表電郵。After both payment confirmation and a complete intake are received, ASIDU emails the human-reviewed initial Blueprint within 3 business days.

「工作天」指星期一至星期五，不包括 ASIDU 所遵守的公眾假期。若資料缺漏、矛盾、文件無法開啟或須澄清，交付時鐘會暫停，直至你提供所需資料。電郵退回或你提供錯誤地址造成的延誤不算 ASIDU 違約。

“Business day” means Monday to Friday excluding public holidays observed by ASIDU. The clock pauses while information is missing, inconsistent, unreadable or requires clarification. Delay caused by a bounced or incorrect email address is not ASIDU’s failure.

5. Living Blueprint 與 Blueprint + Anthony 支援交付

5. Support delivery for Living Blueprint and Blueprint + Anthony

Living Blueprint 與 Blueprint + Anthony 的現有支援透過電郵、ASIDU 覆核及更新版 Blueprint 提供，包括 Living 勝算更新、AI 支援第二意見、每週提醒及重跑。所購服務目前不包括登入帳戶、即時儀表板或 24/7 即時 AI 聊天。

Current support for Living Blueprint and Blueprint + Anthony is provided through email, ASIDU review and revised Blueprints, including living-score updates, AI-assisted second opinions, weekly reminders and reruns. The purchased service currently does not include an account, live dashboard or 24/7 live AI chat.

服務權益由購買日起生效，並按季票有效期持續至 2027 年 8 月 31 日。當相關數碼功能推出時，仍在有效服務期內的合資格買家可免費使用。ASIDU 不承諾特定上線日期，現有服務亦不依賴數碼平台上線。

Service entitlement begins on purchase and continues through the season term ending 31 August 2027. When corresponding digital features launch, eligible buyers with an active service term receive access at no extra charge. No specific launch date is promised, and current fulfilment does not depend on a digital platform launch.

6. 申請季權益、重跑、第二意見、提醒與 Anthony 會議

6. Season access, reruns, second opinions, nudges and Anthony session

• 有效期：Term: 由購買日起至 2027 年 8 月 31 日；未使用權益在到期時失效，不自動續期。from purchase through 31 August 2027; unused entitlement expires and does not renew.
• 重跑：Reruns: Living Blueprint 或 Blueprint + Anthony 整季最多 3 次。當成績、語言分數、經歷、目標地區／專業或入學時間有實質變更後，重新評估整份 Blueprint 算一次。修正 ASIDU 自身事實或排版錯誤不計。up to 3 total for either Living Blueprint or Blueprint + Anthony. A full reassessment after a material change to grades, language score, experience, destination/field or intake counts as one. Correcting ASIDU’s own factual or formatting error does not.
• Living 勝算：score: 在你提供實質更新並使用重跑時重新計算；它是指示性規劃訊號，不是即時官方錄取率。recalculated when you provide a material update and use a rerun; it is an indicative planning signal, not a live official acceptance rate.
• 第二意見：Second opinion: 你可隨時以指定電郵提交與 Blueprint 直接相關的問題；此服務不是即時聊天，ASIDU 通常在 3 個工作天內以 AI 支援、人工覆核的方式回覆。它不包括無限顧問會議、代寫或代辦申請。you may email questions directly related to the Blueprint at any time; this service is not live chat, and ASIDU normally replies within 3 business days with AI assistance and human review. It excludes unlimited consulting, ghostwriting or application submission.
• 每週提醒：Weekly nudges: 初版交付後，在你有活躍申請行動時以電郵提供，直至完成、到期或你選擇退出；沒有待辦事項的星期可不發送。provided by email after initial delivery while you have active application actions, until completion, expiry or opt-out; no nudge is required in a week with no pending action.
• Blueprint + Anthony 的 1 對 1：1:1: 一次 30 分鐘與 Anthony 的線上會議，初版完成後以電郵協調，須在 2027 年 8 月 31 日前使用並視雙方可用時間。少於 24 小時取消或無故缺席可能按已使用處理，法定權利或合理緊急情況除外。one 30-minute online meeting with Anthony, scheduled by email after the initial report, used by 31 August 2027 and subject to mutual availability. Cancellation under 24 hours or no-show may count as used, except where mandatory rights or a reasonable emergency apply.

7. 90 日內 100% 方案費用抵扣

7. 100% plan-fee credit within 90 days

同一學生在 Stripe 付款日起 90 個曆日內簽訂一個當時合資格及有名額的 ASIDU 完整顧問服務協議，可把本訂單實際支付的 Blueprint 費用 100%抵扣該顧問方案尚未支付的 ASIDU 服務費。

If the same student signs a then-eligible and available full ASIDU consulting agreement within 90 calendar days of Stripe payment, 100% of the Blueprint amount actually paid is credited against the unpaid ASIDU service fee for that plan.

抵扣每人／每張訂單只可使用一次，不可兌換現金、轉讓、追溯抵扣已付發票、抵扣學校／簽證／翻譯／考試等第三方費用，亦不可與其他折扣同時使用（除非 ASIDU 書面同意）。抵扣不代表 ASIDU 必須接受不合適或已滿額的顧問委託；完整服務須另行協議。

The credit is single-use per person/order, has no cash value, is non-transferable, cannot be applied retrospectively to paid invoices or to third-party school/visa/translation/test costs, and is not combinable with another discount unless ASIDU agrees in writing. It does not require ASIDU to accept an unsuitable or full consulting engagement; the full service requires a separate agreement.

8. 取消、退款及法定消費者權利

8. Cancellation, refunds and statutory consumer rights

Blueprint 是按個人資料製作的數碼／顧問服務。你可在我們開始製作前電郵要求取消；我們會按適用法律及已實際開始的工作處理。若你要求我們在法定撤回期內開始服務，ASIDU 可另行要求你的明確同意及對相關後果的確認；本網站不會僅憑付款就假設你已有效放棄法定權利。

The Blueprint is a personalised digital/consulting service. You may email to cancel before work starts; we will handle the request under applicable law and any work actually begun. If you ask us to start during a statutory withdrawal period, ASIDU may separately seek express consent and acknowledgement of the consequences. This site does not assume that payment alone validly waives statutory rights.

在法律容許且你已有效要求提早開始的情況下，完全履行後撤回權可能終止；部分履行時可能須支付合理比例費用。若服務未交付、嚴重不符合約定或有其他法定退款理由，請寄付款電郵、Stripe 收據及問題說明至 help@asidu.me。我們會先核對並提供法律要求的修正、重作、價格減免或退款；不以「一律不退款」取代你的法定權利。

Where law permits and you validly requested early performance, withdrawal rights may end after full performance; reasonable proportionate payment may be due after partial performance. If the service is not delivered, materially fails to conform, or another statutory refund ground applies, email help@asidu.me with the checkout email, Stripe receipt and issue. We will investigate and provide any correction, repeat performance, price reduction or refund required by law; there is no blanket “no refunds” rule overriding statutory rights.

9. 資料責任、準確性及不保證結果

9. Data responsibility, accuracy and no outcome guarantees

你同意提供真實、完整、最新且你有權提交的資料，及時回覆澄清，並自行核對大學、獎學金及政府官方網站的最新截止日期、費用、入學與簽證要求。若資料錯誤、遺漏或其後變更，判斷可能需要更新。

You agree to provide accurate, complete, current information you are authorised to submit, answer clarification promptly, and verify current deadlines, fees, admission and visa requirements on official university, scholarship and government sources. Incorrect, omitted or later-changed facts may require an updated assessment.

ASIDU 會以合理專業謹慎提供服務，但第三方資料會變更，AI 可能出錯。每份付費報告經人工覆核；如你發現事實錯誤，請在合理時間內通知我們修正。除不可依法限制的責任外，ASIDU 對可合理預見的直接損失承擔責任；不排除因欺詐、故意不當、死亡／人身傷害或其他法律禁止排除的責任。

ASIDU will use reasonable professional care, but third-party information changes and AI can err. Every paid report is human-reviewed; notify us within a reasonable time of factual errors for correction. Subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, ASIDU is responsible for reasonably foreseeable direct loss and does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death/personal injury or anything else law forbids excluding.

10. 知識產權、變更、法律及聯絡

10. Intellectual property, changes, law and contact

你保留自己提交材料的權利，並授予 ASIDU 在提供、覆核、支援及依法保存本服務所需範圍內使用它們的許可。ASIDU 保留其方法、模板、品牌及一般內容的權利；你可為自己的非商業升學規劃使用及分享所購 Blueprint，但不可轉售、公開資料庫化或冒充 ASIDU 服務。

You retain rights in submitted materials and license ASIDU to use them as needed to provide, review, support and lawfully retain the service. ASIDU retains its methods, templates, brand and general content. You may use and share your purchased Blueprint for your own non-commercial study planning, but may not resell it, publish it as a database or impersonate ASIDU’s service.

我們可為未來訂單更新條款或產品，但不會以更新實質減少已付款訂單的既有權益。若個別條款無效，其餘仍有效。適用法律及法院以不可排除的消費者保護規則為先；在法律容許範圍內，爭議先透過善意協商解決。完整顧問方案另受其服務協議約束。

We may update Terms or products for future orders but will not use an update to materially reduce an already-paid entitlement. If one provision is invalid, the rest remains effective. Mandatory consumer-protection law and forum rights take priority; where permitted, disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion. A full consulting plan is governed by its separate agreement.
