1. Who we are and scope

本政策適用於 ASIDU 提供的「留學勝算 · ASIDU Blueprint」，包括 blueprint.asidu.me、付款後資料收集、報告製作、電郵交付及購買方案所包含的後續支援。就這些處理活動而言，ASIDU 是決定資料用途的一方。私隱查詢請寄到 help@asidu.me。

This policy applies to ASIDU and the ASIDU Blueprint service, including blueprint.asidu.me, post-payment intake, report preparation, email delivery and follow-up support included with a plan. ASIDU decides how personal data is used for these activities. Send privacy questions to help@asidu.me.

On this site

• 免費 5 題準備度 Snapshot 只在你的瀏覽器內計算；答案不會傳送給 ASIDU。
• 語言選擇保存在瀏覽器的本機儲存空間。本網站不使用廣告或分析追蹤器。
• 若網址包含符合格式的匿名 ref 代碼，瀏覽器只會在你前往 Stripe 時把它作為 client_reference_id 傳送；其他網址參數不會轉交。
• Cloudflare 可能為傳送網站、防止濫用及維持安全而處理 IP 位址、裝置／瀏覽器資料、請求時間與基本安全日誌。

• The free five-question readiness check is calculated in your browser. Its answers are not sent to ASIDU.
• Your language choice is stored locally in your browser. This site does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
• If the URL contains a format-valid opaque ref token, your browser forwards only that token to Stripe as client_reference_id when you open checkout. Other query parameters are not forwarded.
• Cloudflare may process IP address, device/browser details, request times and basic security logs to deliver the site, prevent abuse and maintain security.

付款及資料表

Payment and intake

• Stripe 處理姓名、電郵、付款方式、帳單資料、交易狀態、金額及風險／防詐資料。ASIDU 不會取得你的完整卡號。
• Tally 資料表可能收集姓名、聯絡方式、目標國家／學位／專業、入學時間、教育背景、成績與評分制度、語言情況、預算、工作或課外經歷、履歷／你上傳的文件及自由文字說明。
• 我們也保存與你往來的電郵、支援要求、報告版本、人工覆核記錄、重跑要求、第二意見問題及 1 對 1 安排。

• Stripe processes name, email, payment method, billing details, transaction status, amount, and fraud/risk information. ASIDU does not receive your full card number.
• The Tally intake may collect name, contact details, destination/degree/field, intake, education, grades and grading scale, language status, budget, work or extracurricular experience, CV/uploaded files and free-text notes.
• We also retain relevant emails, support requests, report versions, human-review records, rerun requests, second-opinion questions and 1:1 scheduling information.

3. Why and how we use data

我們只會在有適當依據時處理資料，包括履行你購買的服務、採取你要求的購買前步驟、取得你的同意、遵守法律義務，以及為網站安全、防詐、記錄服務及改善 Blueprint 服務而追求的合理商業利益（在不凌駕你權利的前提下）。用途包括：

We process data only with an appropriate basis, including performing the purchased service, taking pre-contract steps you request, your consent, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in site security, fraud prevention, service records and improving the Blueprint service where those interests do not override your rights. Uses include:

• 核對付款、把付款與資料表對應、提供收據相關支援；matching payment to intake and supporting receipt questions;
• 製作、人工覆核、修正及交付 Blueprint；preparing, human-reviewing, correcting and delivering the Blueprint;
• 履行 Living Blueprint 的更新、重跑、提醒與第二意見，以及 Blueprint + Anthony 的 1 對 1；providing Living Blueprint updates, reruns, nudges and second opinions, plus the Blueprint + Anthony 1:1;
• 回覆查詢、處理權利或退款要求及保存必要交易紀錄；answering questions, handling rights or refund requests and keeping required transaction records;
• 保護服務、偵測錯誤或濫用，並以彙總或匿名資料改善流程。protecting the service, detecting errors or misuse, and improving the workflow with aggregated or anonymised data.

我們不出售個人資料，也不使用 Blueprint 資料作第三方廣告定向。

We do not sell personal data or use Blueprint data for third-party advertising targeting.

4. 服務供應商及跨境處理

4. Providers and international processing

為提供 Blueprint 服務，我們使用以下服務：

We use the following services to provide ASIDU Blueprint:

• Cloudflare — 網站託管、內容傳送及安全。site hosting, delivery and security.
• Stripe — 付款、收據、防詐及交易記錄。payment, receipts, fraud prevention and transaction records.
• Tally — 付款後資料表及文件收集。post-payment intake and file collection.
• 經審核的 AI 及必要的電郵／檔案工具供應商 — 僅在提供分析、覆核、交付或支援所需範圍內使用。Vetted AI and necessary email/file-tool providers — used only as needed for analysis, review, delivery or support.

這些供應商可能在你所在國家以外處理資料，並依其私隱政策及適用的合約／跨境保障措施運作。當你離開本站前往 Stripe 或 Tally 時，其自身政策亦適用。

These providers may process data outside your country under their own policies and applicable contractual/international-transfer safeguards. Their own policies also apply when you leave this site for Stripe or Tally.

5. AI 支援及人工覆核

5. AI assistance and human review

ASIDU 可能把完成分析所需的部分資料提供給經審核的 AI 服務供應商，以協助整理背景、比較資料、草擬報告或回答 Living Blueprint 與 Blueprint + Anthony 的第二意見問題。AI 不會作出大學錄取、獎學金或簽證決定。每份付費 Blueprint 在交付前由 ASIDU 人工覆核；如 AI 建議與人工判斷或可信來源衝突，以人工覆核為準。

ASIDU may provide the parts of your intake needed for analysis to vetted AI providers to help structure your profile, compare information, draft report content or answer second-opinion questions for Living Blueprint and Blueprint + Anthony. AI does not make university, scholarship or visa decisions. Every paid Blueprint receives ASIDU human review before delivery; human review prevails where AI output conflicts with professional judgement or reliable sources.

6. 資料保存與刪除

6. Retention and deletion

我們會在你所購買方案的服務權益期間保存製作及支援所需資料，並在該權益結束後 30 日內刪除或匿名化。靜態 Blueprint 的權益在初版交付及合理的錯誤修正／支援完成後結束；Living Blueprint 與 Blueprint + Anthony 的季票權益最遲於 2027 年 8 月 31 日結束。

We retain data needed to create and support your Blueprint throughout the purchased entitlement, then delete or anonymise it within 30 days after that entitlement ends. Static Blueprint ends after initial delivery and reasonable correction/support is complete; Living Blueprint and Blueprint + Anthony season entitlement ends no later than 31 August 2027.

例外：付款、稅務、會計、合約、爭議或防詐紀錄如須依法或為建立／行使／抗辯法律權利而保存，我們可只在必要期間內保留。已匿名化且無法再識別你的彙總資料可較長期保存。供應商備份可能按其安全刪除週期稍後清除。

Exceptions: payment, tax, accounting, contract, dispute or fraud records may be kept only as long as legally required or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Fully anonymised aggregate data may be retained longer. Provider backups may clear on their secure deletion cycles.

7. 未成年人及家長／監護人

7. Minors and parents/guardians

留學申請人可能未成年。若你未滿 18 歲或未達你所在地訂立合約／同意資料處理的法定年齡，家長或法定監護人應在購買及提交資料前審閱本政策與條款、代表或協助你完成購買，並同意所需的資料處理。家長／監護人可用 help@asidu.me 查詢、存取、更正或要求刪除其子女資料。若我們得知在無必要同意下收集了未成年人資料，會採取合理步驟刪除。

Study-abroad applicants may be minors. If you are under 18 or below the legal age to contract/consent to data processing where you live, a parent or legal guardian should review this policy and the Terms before purchase or submission, make or assist with the purchase, and consent to necessary processing. A parent/guardian may contact help@asidu.me to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of their child’s data. If we learn that minor data was collected without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

8. 你的選擇與權利

8. Your choices and rights

視乎適用法律，你可能有權要求我們：

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to ask us to:

• 確認是否持有你的資料並提供副本；confirm whether we hold your data and provide a copy;
• 更正不準確或補充不完整資料；correct inaccurate or complete incomplete data;
• 刪除資料或限制其處理；delete data or restrict its processing;
• 反對基於合理利益的處理；object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• 以可攜格式取得你提供的資料；receive data you provided in a portable format;
• 撤回同意（不影響撤回前的合法處理）；withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing;
• 向所在地的資料保護／私隱監管機關投訴。complain to your local data-protection/privacy authority.

請電郵 help@asidu.me，並說明你的要求。為保護你，我們可能要求核對付款電郵或其他合理身份資料；一般不收費，但法律容許的明顯無理或重複要求除外。

Email help@asidu.me and describe your request. To protect you, we may verify the checkout email or request other reasonable identification. Requests are generally free unless applicable law permits a fee for manifestly unfounded or repetitive requests.

9. 安全、更新及聯絡

9. Security, updates and contact

我們採取與小規模服務相稱的技術及組織措施，限制資料存取並使用受控服務供應商；但網絡傳輸或儲存無法保證絕對安全。如發生需通知你的資料事件，我們會按適用法律通知。

We use technical and organisational measures proportionate to this small service, restrict access and use controlled providers, but no online transmission or storage is absolutely secure. If a data incident requires notice, we will notify affected people as applicable law requires.

我們可能更新本政策以反映服務或法律變更，並會在本頁更新日期；重大變更如適用會另行通知。問題或權利要求請寄：help@asidu.me。

We may update this policy for service or legal changes and will revise the date on this page; material changes will be separately notified where appropriate. Questions and rights requests: help@asidu.me.
